Appliances from Camborne and Redruth, together with the rescue tender from Camborne, attended a reported road traffic collision, at the above location. Crews found a two vehicle collision involving a car and a heavy goods lorry. One man was trapped in the car and firefighters used crash rescue equipment to release him and left him in the care of ambulance personnel.
