An appliance from Looe Community Fire Station, with 6 firefighters on board, attended a request for help, today, to assist a gentleman that had got stuck in a deep hole, up to his waist, in his garden, between the wall and hedge.
The crew used line rescue equipment and a safety harness to help him up and on to safe ground.
The gentleman was left in the care of the Ambulance Service.
