Following a call that a mobility scooter was sparking and smoking, crews from St Dennis & St Columb were mobilised to the 2 storey house, in which it was contained, in Roche.

The fire was out on their arrival, however 2 of the crew wore breathing apparatus to remove the vehicle to outside, and the property was then ventilated.

The two occupants of the property were left in the care of the Ambulance Service due to suffering from smoke inhalation.
