Smoke Alarm Alerts Neighbours To Fire

Firefighters from Truro were mobilised to a property after a concerned neighbour called 999 after hearing a neighbours smoke alarm sounding and a smell of smoke coming from the property. On arrival crews found the occupant asleep in the property, smoke filling the property and burnt food in the oven. The occupant was left in the care of Ambulance. This incident highlights the importance of having a working smoke alarm in your property. This is all the information we have on this incident.
