The crews from Liskeard Fire Station and the specialist Rope Rescue Appliance from Bodmin Fire Station attended this incident. A horse was found by its owner this morning trapped under the stable door, she had managed to release the door but the horse was on its side and unable to get up from the floor. A local vet was contacted by the owner to sedate the horse and the crew then proceeded to use rescue poles to recover the horse its feet. The horse was then left in the care of the vet. There are no further details for this incident.
