Two pumping appliances from Truro Fire Station with a total 9 firefighters on board attended a call to a suspected electrical fire in the early hours of this morning.
The fire in the 2 storey domestic property was thought to be in the ground floor of the building, and crews wore 2 breathing apparatus and used one hose reel and one CO2 extinguisher to investigate this.
Western Power Distribution were requested by crews to isolate the electricity supply to the premise, and the fire was then extinguished completely.
The cause was accidental and confined.
