Car On Fire In River

Six firefighters from Helston were mobilised to attended a car on fire in a river along Gweek drive. Crews used two breathing apparatus and one hose reel on the fire which was allowed to burn for a period of time to prevent fuel from running into the water course. One person was treated by Ambulance crews. There are no further details avaliable on this incident.
