Appliances from Helston, Penzance and Hayle attended a report of a chimney fire in a domestic dwelling. Crews found that access to the chimney was difficult and used roof ladder and lines to tackle the fire from the roof of the property. A stirrup pump, one hose reel and chimney rods were also used to extinguish the fire.
