One appliance from Helston Fire Station were mobilised to this chimney fire, soon after their arrival they requested a second appliance due to the fire spread to the roof space, this was then mobilised from Falmouth. This was a domestic property of two storeys measuring 10m x 5m the and crews used two breathing apparatus, one hosereel, 135m ladder, tic camera and lighting. A number of roof tiles had to be removed from the roof for better acceess to firefighting. The cause was accidental this is all the information we have for this incident.
