Fire In Light Fitting

Ten firefighters from Redruth and Camborne attended a call to a premise where there was a smell of burning. On inspection crews found there had been a fire in a light fitting which was out on discovery. Firefighters isolated the electrics to the light. Fire crews also fitted a smoke detector in the properties roof void for further atmospheric monitoring.
