Fire In External Electric Box

Ten firefighters on two appliances from St Marys attended a call to an external electric box on fire on the side of a holiday cottage. The fire was out on fire crews arrival, the interior of the property was checked with fire crews using two breathing apparatus and one hose reel in case the fire had spread. Western power engineers attended the scene to make the power supply to the cottage safe. Police also attended this incident.
