Six firefighters from St Dennis, six from St Austell and five on the Rescue Tender from Bodmin attended a call to a road traffic collision where a motor biker had become trapped under a vehicle on the road between St Dennis and Nanpean. On crew’s arrival there was one female trapped under a van; firefighters used crash rescue equipment to lift the vehicle off of the casualty. Once released the casualty was left in the care of Ambulance paramedics and Air Ambulance crew.
