Camper Van Fire

A total of eleven firefighters from Perranporth and Truro attended a call to a camper van on fire. The camper van was well alight on crew’s arrival and a gas cylinder on board had already exploded. Crews used two breathing apparatus and two hose reels to extinguish the fire. Once the fire had been extinguished Cornwall Highways were requested to attend to assist in cleaning up the road.
