Eleven firefighters on two appliances from Truro and five firefighters on one appliance from Redruth attended a call to an industrial unit on fire near the park and ride in Threemilestone. The first message from the scene was 'smoke issuing' from the single storey industrial unit measuring 25 x 10 metres. Firefighters used two breathing apparatus, one hose reel jet, one safety jet and a thermal imaging camera to locate and extinguish the fire. The fire was confirmed out by 03:54, crews remained on scene turning over. The cause of this fire is believed to be accidental.
