Tolvadden Station First Incident Is a Hoax Call

Firefighters from The new Camborne Pool Redruth Fire Station based at Tolvadden were mobilised to their first incident today at 1432. The caller a young child stated a tree was on fire in Trehane Road, after being questioned by the operator an appliance was mobilised. However on arrival the call was found to be a hoax call. Hoax calls waste valuable time and resources and ultimately put lives at risk!
