Ten firefighters on two appliances from Perranporth and Truro attended a call to a fire in a garage with an annex above. On crews arrival two breathing apparatus, one hose reel jet, one safety jet and a thermal imaging camera was used on the fire. The building measured 14 x 10 metres. Once the fire was extinguished crews inspected the vehicle involved in the fire and made it safe. A thermal imaging camera was used to check for hot spots and damping down. Fire crews fitted smoke detectors in the premise before leaving scene.
