Three appliances from Tolvaddon along with one appliance from Hayle and a wholetime officer attended the scene of a reported property fire in the Churchview Road area of Camborne. On arrival smoke was issuing from the roof of the property. Four breathing apparatus, two hosereels and one covering jet were used to extinguish the fire. Two dogs were rescued from the property and all persons were accounted for with one casualty being treated for shock and smoke inhalation at scene by the Ambulance Service. Fire was accidental.
