Two appliances from Falmouth were mobilised to this address. On arrival the house was found to be heavily smokelogged, firefighters wearing breathing apparatus and using a hosereel, were committed into the property, the crew found that the fire was confined to the kitchen, the positive pressure fan was requested to ventilate the property. One person was treated at the incident by West Country Ambulance and then conveyed to hospital for a precautionary check. Crews were delayed for a while with the last crew returning to station at approximately midnight.
