Two appliances from Penzance were mobilised on receipt of this call. On arrival their was found to be a fire in the kitchen of a bungalow, firefighters wearing breathing apparatus used a hosereel and jet to extinguish the fire. One person was treated by ambulance crews at the scene for the effects of smoke inhilation.
