One appliance from Camborne was mobilised after a call was received at Fire Control from the Police. On arrival at the scene there was found to be a car well alight, which was upside down on the beach, firefighters wearing breathing apparatus used a hosereel to extinguish the fire. Arson was suspected. Further details may be obtained from Devon & Cornwall Police.
