Crews from Looe & Polruan Community Fire Stations, in 2 pumping appliances, plus a Land Rover, with a total of 16 firefighters over the 3 vehicles; plus a wholetime officer, attended a call to a garage fire, attached to a house, early this morning.

Upon their arrival, the crews found the 6 metres x 6 metres single storey garage had a fire that was contained within the structure, which they tackled using 4 breathing apparatus and one hose reel jet.

Crews managed to salvage some of the garage contents and then ventilated the property.
