2 Pumping Appliances from Penzance attended a domestic property in Coombe Road Penzance where the occupants were aware of smoke and a smell of burning.

Crews discovered a small fire in the garden decking joist which had been caused by a disgarded cigarette. They used tools and the garden hose to extinguish the fire.
