Five firefighters from Bodmin attended a call to a chip pan fire in a domestic premise. The fire was out on crews arrival, however crews administered oxygen therapy to a male occupant on scene. A positive pressure ventilation fan was used to clear smoke from the property and before leaving scene Firefighters carried out a home fire safety check and fitted two smoke detectors in the dwelling.
