Two crews from Camborne attended a domestic fire contained to the kitchen. Luckily the lady owner had a working smoke alarm which alerted her to the fire in the kitchen, and she was able to call the fire brigade and get out safely. There was some structural damage to the property and the lady was treated for smoke inhalation at the scene.
