Twelveheads, Truro at 20/10/2015 10:30
A crew from Truro Community Fire Station, consisting of 6 crew members, were mobilised to a horse rescue, this morning, plus, then, a wholetime officer and then a further crew of 5 firefighters, in a line rescue tender, from Tolvaddon Community Fire Station, following a call from the RSPCA, requesting our assistance.
Attending firefighters initially used strops and lines to attempt to move the animal, then further using a PAL Finger to lift him. A vet was also in attendance.
