Microwave Fire

Five firefighters from Penzance were mobilised to an Automatic Fire Alarm sounding in a block of flats on St Clare street. On investigation crews discovered that there had been a fire in a microwave in one of the flats. The fire was out on arrival, crews treated onecasualty on scene who was suffering from smoke inhalation until Paramedics were in attendance.
