On receipt of this call, one appliance from St. Ives was mobilised, on arrival the crew proceeded to use a triple extension ladder and roof ladder to gain access to the chimney and then used a high pressure hosereel to extinguish the fire, the chimney and surrounding area was then checked using the thermal image camera to ensure all was safe.
