Millpool Car Park, Looe at 30/11/2015 00:15
Looe attended this incident, on arrival the recycling bin was found to be well alight and had spread to a clothing bin, which was was extinguished using a high pressure hosereel. Arson was suspected. Devon & Cornwall Police have been informed.
