Six firefighters from Wadebridge attended a call to an incident where a tree had fallen onto the bonnet of a car. The female driver of the car was not trapped in the vehicle. Firefighters used a saw to remove branches from the 20 ft tree to enable them to release the vehicle and move it to the side of the road. Ambulance crews attended to treat the female driver. This stretch of road is currently closed; Highways have been requested to attend to clear the fallen tree blocking the road. There are no more details available on this incident.
