At 1056hrs Fire Control received a call requesting our assistance at a sign which was hanging dangerously over a pavement, also causing the road to be closed to traffic and pedestrians. One appliance from Truro Fire Station was mobilised and firefighters using small gear and a triple extension ladder were able to make the scene safe. The road was then reopened to the public.
