Nine firefighters on two appliances from Callington attended a call to a premise where a carbon monoxide alarm was sounding and the occupants of the dwelling were feeing unwell. On crews arrival the property had been fully ventilated, the premise was resealed by firefighters who entered the building with a gas monitor where a positive reading for carbon monoxide was taken. Crews identified the cause of the carbon monoxide and advice was given to the occupant. On advice from Ambulance service the occupants of the building attended hospital as a precaution.
