Two appliances from Launceston Fire Station and a wholetime officer were mobilised to reports of a fire at a property in Tavistock Road. On arrival crews found the property to be heavily smoke logged and used breathing apparatus whilst locating the fire. Two hosereel jets and a thermal imaging camera were also used. The fire was extinguished and was found to be confined to the electrical cabinet. Crews administered first aid to a casualty whilst awaiting the arrival of the ambulance service. Police and Western Power were also in attendance. There are no further details available for this incident.
