Eleven firefighters on two appliances from Bodmin and Delabole attended a call to a chimney fire, on the call it was stated that smoke was issuing from under the roofing slates. On crews arrival, smoke was issuing from the roof space, crews used a triple extension ladder to investigate. On further inspection using a thermal imaging camera crews confirmed that the fire was contained within the chimney stack, a stirrup pump and rods was used to clear the fire.
