Two appliances from St Austell Fire Station, one from St Dennis Fire Station and a Wholetime Officer attended a call to a fire at Blowing House Close in St Austell. On arrival crews found a fire in the hallway of a ground floor flat measuring 10 metres by 8 metres. Crews used breathing apparatus and one hosereel to extinguish the fire. Western Power and Transco were also requested. A joint fire investigation will be carried out with the Police. These are all the details we have for this incident
