One crew of six firefighters from Launceston Community Fire Station attended a call to a chimney fire this evening. On arrival the crew found there to be a fire in the lounge behind a woodburning stove. They used a hose reel and chimney kit to extinguish the fire. The woodburner was removed outside by the fire crew.

Advice was given to the occupier.
