Two appliances from St. Ives were mobilised on receipt of this call. On arrival there was found to be a fire in the kitchen area, firefighters wearing breathing apparatus used a hosereel and a dry powder extinguisher to extinguish the fire, the fire involved a tumble dryer, crews then continued to ventilate the building.
