Gorse Fire

Two crews, totalling 12 firefighters, from Launceston Community Fire Station, attended a large gorse fire earlier this evening - following calls to Fire Control from several passer-bys.
Crews used hose reels and beaters to bring the approximately 100 metres square of fire under control and extinguish same.
