Chimney Fire

Crews totalling 12 firefighters, from Launceston Community Fire Station, this evening attended a chimney fire.
Due to the fireplace having a woodburner in situ, the chimney was awkward to access and crews had to rod and hose the chimney from the roof using ladders and safe height lines.
This is all the information we have on this incident.
