Five firefighters from Falmouth attended a call to a chimney fire this evening. The fire was in the flue above the wood burner, crews removed the wood burner and used small tools to remove the register plate. Once access had been gained to the chimney crews used chimney rods, a hose reel and heath kit to clear the fire.
