On receipt of this call both appliances from Newquay were mobilised, on arrival at the scene the crews found a fire in a commercial property measuring twenty metres by twenty metres, the fire was on the ground floor, firefighters wearing breathing apparatus used a high pressure hosereel jet to extinguish the fire and then proceeded to ventilate the premises using the positive pressure fan.
