One appliance from Liskeard Community Fire Station and a wholetime officer attended a call to reports that a carbon monoxide monitor was sounding at a property in Merrymeet. Crews using breathing apparatus checked the property for a carbon monoxide reading and found the source which was believed to be coming from a blockage in the chimney area. Advice was given to the owner of the property. There are no more details available for this incident.
