On receipt of this call appliances from Bodmin and Lostwithiel were mobilised, on arrival the crews found a fire involving a light fitting in a large retail outlet, firefighters wearing breathing apparatus entered the premises with a high pressure hosereel to extinguish the fire. crews monitored the scene with a thermal imaging camera and allowed natural ventilation to take place.
