Appliances from Delabole and Wadebridge attended this incident. On arrival crews discovered a fire within the ground floor room, of a three storey derelict property. Firefighters used one hose reel jet, and four breathing apparatus sets to tackle the fire. Arson is suspected and Devon and Cornwall Police have been informed.
