Childrens Toys Placed In Gas Fire

2 appliances from Falmouth attended when smoke was seen coming from a gas fire. On arrival the crews found that some childrens toys had been inserted into it.
Parents are urged to protect their children and themselves from serious injury by placing a guard around any open or gas fire.
