At 21:58 this evening a call was received to a garage fire. Two appliances with a total of nine firefighers from St Dennis were mobilised to the scene. The double, single storey garage had smoke issuing on crews arrival, initially the fire was tackled using breathing apparatus and two hose reels. Soon after arrival a second appliance was requested to attend, two further appliances from St Columb were mobilised to the scene. At 22:37 crews were using four breathing apparatus and two hose reel jets supplied from a hydrant and a thermal imaging camera. There are no further information available at this time.
