One appliance from Tolvaddon was initially mobilised to this incident, on arrival there were found to be two areas of fire, a further appliance from Tolvaddon was mobilised, on arrival the crews found that one fire was in fact controlled burning, the persons burning had not notified Fire Control, the other incident involved thirty square metres of gorse which was extinguished using beaters.
