Combine Harvester Fire

Two appliances from Launceston and Holsworthy attended a call to a Combine Harvester on fire. Firefighters used two hose reels and four breathing apparatus. The firefighters from Devon used a compressed air foam system (CAFS) to help extinguish the fire. Firefighters continued turning over and emptied the corn inside the smouldering combine to ensure that the fire was completely out.
