Fire Involving Car and Van

At 2330 hours the FRS received notification of a reported vehicle on fire. One fire appliance from St Austell fire station and another fire appliance from Mevagissey fire station were mobilized to the incident. Upon arrival the fire crews found one car and one van alight. Firefighters wearing breathing apparatus used 2 hose reels to extinguish the fire
