Person Stuck In Mud

Following a report from a fisherman on the opposite bank, firefighters from Wadebridge and Bodmin, with water rescue teams from St Austell and Bude were mobilised to a person that was stuck in the mud and an incoming tide. Coastguard, Ambulance and Police also responded. The man was able to free himself but was exhausted and was left in care of Ambulance. The water rescue teams were not required and they were returned.
