At 16:43 Hours the Critical Control Centre took a 999 call reporting that a person was trapped underneath a mini digger. Fire appliances from Hayle, Tolvaddon, and Penzance, along with the rescue tender from Tolvaddon were mobilised. On arrival fire crews found that the person had managed to release themselves. Firefighters assisted to make the scene safe and to provide first aid assistance. The South Western Ambulance Service was also in attendance.
